As event designers, it is our goal to understand your vision and personal style and turn those nuances into reality. It is easy to become overwhelmed by the amount of ideas, thoughts, and inspirations you may have for your special occasion, but our design services are here to help bring all your ideas together. Our process consists of 3 to 5 in-person designer meetings to determine your event concept development and design, unique and vendor collaboration. Design services start at $1,249.
We also offer event set-up. Pricing is based on the size of the event and number of locations.
Regardless of planning, complications can still arise on the day of the event. We work to ensure your special day runs as smooth as possible, while helping you stay calm, cool, and collected. We coordinate all vendors, ensure any design plans are followed, manage the event’s agenda, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the event. General costs for event coordinating start at $1,200 for 6 hours and $60 for each additional hour. Pricing is dependent on caliber of event and number of event locations.
