We like to say we offer something for everyone. Our most inclusive service is our design and decorating package in which we are fully engulfed in everything that has to do with the look of your wedding. We also offer floral design and day-of coordination services. These three services can be combined or used separately.

CAN WE JUST RENT ITEMS FROM YOU?

We like to focus on the décor and execution of the day. While we are happy to send you vendor referrals for some amazing planners, currently we do not offer wedding planning services.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES?

Absolutely! We love what we do and are proud to show it off! The best place to start is our Portfolio, where our work is organized by event. We also have samples of our work on Instagram. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, let us know, and we would be happy to chat.

May I see samples of your work?

We love road trips and have done weddings all over DC, MD, and VA. We’ve even traveled to Pennsylvania! We’re always looking for an adventure. 

How far will you travel?

Yes! Our design and decorating packages include delivery, set-up, and removal. We can also provide this service if you are only using our floral design services.  

Do you offer delivery and set up for weddings and events?

If you know exactly what you want for your décor and flowers, your date is reserved when you pay your deposit. With our design and decorating package, we request a deposit only for the services to reserve your date. Once we settle on the décor and flowers, we will update the contract with a payment plan. 

How do I reserve a date for my wedding or event?

We put a 7-day courtesy hold on your wedding date for you to decide if you would like to secure us. It really varies how many weddings we take in one weekend as we base this on size and location. April-October is wedding season, and dates during this time tend to fill quickly. 

How long do I have to decide to book once I have received my proposal?

What should I expect in the Wedding Consultation Process?

Our proposal will itemize all agreed upon floral elements and their individual prices, rental items and their prices, any miscellaneous items and their charges, delivery and pickup charges as well as any on-site labor charges. There will be no hidden fees and no additional charges without written agreement from both parties. We are happy to revise the proposal once prior to the deposit being paid. You should have a good feeling as to whether or not we are a good fit for you with the second iteration.

Once a deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed, we are happy to provide as much detail about the proposal as you would like. 

What information is included in the proposal?

We are happy to create a mockup of any element that you would like after the contract is signed. Our preference is to create it between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to account for seasonal flowers that may not be available year around. This also gives us time to make adjustments before the final proposal and before we give commitments to our vendors. There are two pricing options with mockups. We can create them for you at 50% of retail value, and we will keep them once you have seen them or you may take them home to enjoy at regular price.

May I see a mockup of the proposed florals?

These fees vary depending on the distance, timing and complexity of each event. Your proposal will have all of the fees broken down, and we are happy to suggest ways to keep them low. 

what are the charges for delivery, setup, transfer, and strike fees?

ABSOLUTELY! In fact, 90% of the clients we book each season, we've actually never met in person until the day of the event, and all of our initial consults are via zoom or phone.  

I am not from the area, but I want to book all my vendors remotely. Can you do a phone/zoom consult?

YES! I can tell you most of our couples average in the $3000-$7000 range. We can work with most budgets but do have a minimum $500 for rental and $750 for floral design. 

 I am curious what most couples spend on wedding decor. Can you give me a ballpark?
